UIA ARES Work Programme welcomes a new permanent member, Mr. Giuseppe Cappochin, Architect, nominated by the "Consiglio Nazionale degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori " of Italy.

Giuseppe Cappochin is President of the "Barbara Cappochin Foundation". He has already been activated in ARES goals and aims and is organizing every two years the worldwide known "Barbara Cappochin International Prize" , in which is included the  "Giancarlo Ius Gold Medal" for the most innovative work of architecture in the field of energy saving and innovative renewable energy technology.
